OPERR was NYC’s first licensed Dispatch Service Provider for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). I helped build their core transportation management platform for dispatching, real-time billing, and fleet management.

Tracking hundreds of vehicles with second-level GPS updates created database and API performance issues.
